Student Support Team

At Winona Area Public Schools, we are committed to ensuring every student receives the support they need to succeed. As part of our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), our Student Support Teams work collaboratively to identify and address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Using a data-driven approach, our teams develop targeted interventions, monitor progress, and adjust support to help each student thrive.

At W-K, the Student Support Team brings together teachers, counselors, social workers, administrators, and specialists to ensure students receive the right level of support — whether it’s through classroom strategies, small-group interventions, or individualized services. By working closely with families and leveraging school and community resources, we create an inclusive, student-centered environment where all learners feel empowered and ready to succeed.
